Food Philosophy

When is comes to nutrients we love variety and so does your body. Chef selects high quality lean proteins and pairs them with fresh seasonal vegetables, fruits, nuts, some starch or dairy sources. Whenever possible we use local and organic sources. At the end of the day we want to provide our community with access to world class fitness. Since the basis of this is well balanced nutrition, our menu selections provide a macronutrient balance of approximately 40% carbohydrate, 30% protein, and 30% healthy fat sources. We do not believe in extreme exclusion of any food source other than harmful chemicals and added sugar.

Eating should be an experience not a chore. It is our hope that when you sit down to eat your prepared meals that you are intrigued. We hope for our community to have experiences and sustain long term results worth talking about.
